All first-time orders with PFI Co., Inc. must be prepaid using one of the following methods: cash, business check, cashierβs check, bank wire, or credit card.
To apply for credit terms on future orders, new customers must complete a confidential New Customer Form and Credit Application.
Without approved credit, all future orders will remain on C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) terms.

PFI Co. offers credit terms of Net 30 days, subject to a credit check. If the balance is not paid in full within 30 days, we may change the account to C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) status until payment is received in full.

Pallet Exchange Policy
All orders require a pallet exchange. If pallets are not returned, a $7.50 fee per pallet will be added to the invoice.

Late Payment Interest
Payments received after the Net 30 day period will incur a 2% monthly interest on the total outstanding balance. Interest will continue to accrue until the account is paid in full.
