\r\n New Customer<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
All first-time orders with PFI Co., Inc. must be prepaid using one of the following methods: cash, business check, cashier\u2019s check, bank wire, or credit card.
\nTo apply for credit terms on future orders, new customers must complete a confidential New Customer Form and Credit Application.
\nWithout approved credit, all future orders will remain on C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) terms.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
\r\n
\r\n Credit Terms<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
PFI Co. offers credit terms of Net 30 days, subject to a credit check. If the balance is not paid in full within 30 days, we may change the account to C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) status until payment is received in full.
\nWe also reserve the right to apply late fees in accordance with our policy\u2019s Section: Late Fee Terms.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n Minimum Order & Delivery Terms<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
Free Delivery<\/strong> \u2013 City of Schaumburg and area with 15 miles: Minimum order value of $300.00
\n
\nFree Delivery<\/strong> \u2013 Within 50 Miles of PFI Warehouse: Minimum order value of $500.00
\n
\nSelf-Pickup Orders<\/strong> - No minimum order value required. Please allow 48 hours lead time for pickup
\n
\nDelivery Lead Time<\/strong> - Minimum 72 hours, may vary based on order value and location
\n
\nPallet Exchange Policy<\/strong>
\nAll orders require a pallet exchange. If pallets are not returned, a $10 fee per pallet<\/strong> will be added to the invoice.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n Inspection & Acceptance Policy<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
When your order arrives, please:

\n1. Check that all items are included
\n2. Inspect merchandise for any damage or spoilage

\nIf you notice any issues, contact PFI Co. Customer Service right away at (847) 288-0708<\/strong> to request a credit for damaged or missing items.

Returns for seasonal, holiday, perishable, and closeout merchandise will not be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.<\/strong>

\nReturn Conditions<\/strong>
\n- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and case
\n- Products must be in resalable condition
\nOtherwise, a restocking fee may apply<\/strong>

\nPFI Co. drivers will not accept returns or make invoice adjustments unless:
\n- The return matches the current delivery order
\n- It follows the policy terms outlined in sections: Inspection & Acceptance and Returns<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n Payment & Processing Policy<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing and handling fee.<\/s> (Currently debit and credit card transactions are unavailable).

\nA $30.00 service charge applies to any NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) checks.
\n
\nNSF checks or credit card rejections may result in delayed shipment of future orders.
\n
\nPlease allow time for pre-payments to clear before expecting shipment.
\n
\nImportant
\nCustomers who consistently pay beyond agreed terms may be moved back to pre-payment status!<\/strong><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n Pricing Policy<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
PFI Co., Inc. prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, government regulations (i.e. duty, tariffs) and exchange rate fluctuations.
\nAll prices are listed as FOB (Freight On Board) from our warehouse in Schaumburg, IL.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Late Payment Interest
\nPayments received after the Net 30 day period will incur a 2% monthly interest on the total outstanding balance.
